介绍在役厚壁反应器管接头采用超声相控阵(PAUT)技术进行检测和缺陷定量的最新国际动态。与常规UT作了比较。PAUT有二维和三维显示,添加组合图示,特别有助于检测结果的表述和报告。PAUT缺陷精测数据可满足基于断裂力学验收标准的工程临界评定要求。本文旨在为国内承压设备管接头在制在用检测符合国际法规要求提供有用借鉴。
This paper introduces the latest international developments in the testing and defect quantification of in-service thick-wall reactor fittings with ultrasonic phased array (PAUT) technology. Compared with the conventional UT. PAUT has two-dimensional and three-dimensional display, add a combination of illustrations, particularly conducive to the interpretation and reporting of test results. The PAUT Defect Sizing Data meets the critical project qualification requirements based on the acceptance criteria for fracture mechanics. The purpose of this paper is to provide a useful reference for the domestic pressure equipment pipe fittings used in the test in line with the requirements of international laws and regulations.
