我车间汽缸盖低压铸造机原采用电磁阀——针阀气路控制装置,它要求工人有较高的熟练程度。即使这样,也往往因为气源压力波动、坩埚密封的好坏、坩埚中液面的变动等外界因素的变化,而影响浇注速度,从而影响铸件的质量。我们也曾试用过其它的浇注控制装置,但效果仍不十分理想。后来听说日本的一种低压铸造控制装置,是什么“专利”,对我们实行技术封锁,简直把我们的肺都要气炸了。
