改革开放三十多年来,党的领导体制的改革成果显著,例如建立退休制度,废除干部和领导职务任期终身制,实行干部担任期限制等。但党的领导体制仍不完善,如思想禁锢、腐败、部分党员素质低下及权力制约监督机制有待加强等问题依然存在。在经济全球化和西方意识形态的冲击下,党的合法性面临挑战严峻。新形势下改革党的领导体制极其迫切,通过分析党的领导体制中存在的问题并提出对策建议,以推进党改革领导体制,为中国特色社会主义现代化建设提供政治保证。
Over the past thirty years of reform and opening up, the reform of the party’s leadership system has made remarkable achievements. For example, the establishment of a retirement system, the abolishment of the tenure system for cadres and leading positions, and the implementation of cadre tenure limits. However, the leadership system of the party remains imperfect. Issues such as imprisonment of ideology, corruption, the low quality of some party members and the need to strengthen the power and oversight mechanisms still exist. Under the impact of economic globalization and Western ideology, the legitimacy of the party is facing severe challenges. Under the new situation, the reforming party’s leadership system is extremely urgent. By analyzing the existing problems in the party’s leadership system and putting forward countermeasures and suggestions, it is necessary to promote the reform of the party’s leadership system and provide political guarantee for the socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics.
