为了解决火电厂大惯性、大时滞的再热汽温控制难题,采用了模型参考自适应预估控制方法,在京能热电公司3号机组再热汽温控制系统得到了的成功应用。模型参考自适应预估控制方法通过对模型的在线跟踪来满足Smith预估器模型精度的要求,解决了控制系统中存在的大时滞、特性时变的问题。该方法可以在保留原有的PID控制算法的基础上,通过增加自适应前馈的办法方便地予以实现,可以充分利用原系统的控制组态。为了在HIACS-5000分散系统中实现上述算法,采用了带防火墙的单向控制网络获取过程输入数据,通过DCS的AI模件将自适应前馈输出送入HIACS-5000系统实现控制闭环。经改造再热汽温控制系统成功地实现了自动投运,并取得了良好的控制效果。
In order to solve the difficult problem of reheat steam temperature control in thermal power plant with large inertia and large time delay, a model reference adaptive predictive control method is adopted, which has been successfully applied to reheat steam temperature control system of Unit 3 of Beijing Thermal Power Company. The model reference adaptive predictive control method solves the problem of large time delay and time-varying characteristics in the control system by satisfying the requirements of the Smith predictor model through on-line tracking of the model. The method can retain the original PID control algorithm based on the method by adding adaptive feedforward to be easily achieved, you can take full advantage of the original system control configuration. In order to implement the above algorithm in the HIACS-5000 decentralized system, a one-way control network with a firewall is used to obtain the process input data. The AI-module of the DCS sends the adaptive feedforward output to the HIACS-5000 system to realize the closed-loop control. The remanufactured reheat steam temperature control system successfully achieved automatic operation, and achieved good control effect.
