我国伟大的思想家教育家孔子曾说:“非礼勿视、非礼勿闻、非礼勿动、非礼勿听,”礼在我们的生活中无处不在,他是表示对人的尊敬,所谓:“礼者敬人也。”礼仪是人类文明的结晶,礼仪蕴含着丰富的内涵,体现着社会要求和时代精神,礼仪潜移默化熏陶人们的心灵,使人们成为通情达理的模范公民。在我们服务业中无论您是酒店工作人员、航空服务人员、商场工作人员、导游工作人员就更需要礼仪知识。只有这样才能提高我们对宾客的优质服务、提高旅游业在国际上的声誉、使我们不愧对中国是“礼仪之邦”的美誉。本文针对传统的礼仪教学方法浅谈自己对礼仪课新的教学方法的阐述,通过多种教学方法来激起学生对礼仪课的兴趣。

Only in this way can we improve the quality of service to our guests and enhance the international reputation of the tourism industry, making us worthy of China’s reputation as a state of ceremonies. This article aims at the traditional etiquette teaching method to talk about the new etiquette lesson teaching method expounds, through a variety of teaching methods to arouse students’ interest in etiquette lesson.
