体育的隐性课程与大学生社会化关系密切,大学生社会化进程中也存在着许多问题,素质教育呼吁学生的知、情、意、行的统一和谐发展,而现代教育只重视学生的知识、技能的培养和掌握,在很大程度上忽略了学生个性、心理的健康发展,隐性课程的开发和利用显然弥补了显性课程的不足和缺陷。研究发现,体育的隐性课程在思想内容、个性发展、社会角色、交往能力和意志力等方面对大学生社会化进程具有积极的影响。
