采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立了大型冷矿振动筛的有限元模型,对其进行了结构动力学分析。基于分析结果,为解决振动筛筛箱强度问题提出了一种新的结构改进方案,有效降低了振动筛的应力值,对振动筛的设计具有重要的意义。
The ANSYS finite element analysis software is used to establish the finite element model of the large-scale cold mine shale shaker, and its structural dynamics is analyzed. Based on the analysis results, a new structure improvement scheme is put forward to solve the problem of sieve box strength, which effectively reduces the stress value of vibrating screen, which is of great significance to the design of vibrating screen.
