铸造旧砂中混有浇冒口、披缝、熔渣、铁钉、高温烧结后的死砂团、铸造过程中不断被破碎的细小无用砂粒和失效粘土及其他物料。为了降低铸件成本,提高旧砂的回用率,大型铸造厂配备有全套的砂处理设备。中小铸造厂及车间,限于各方面的原因,目前大多还采用简易的偏心轮式筛砂机或人工溜筛的方法,工人劳动强度大,筛砂效率低且不能分离旧砂中的粉尘,使旧砂的回用量受到限制。根据我厂生产的需要,我们设计制造了SJ—600筛砂机,其主要参数见下表,结构如图所示。
