随着我国社会经济的快速发展,各个企业的管理制度也进行了许多变革。企业管理制度的现代化,是企业得以快速发展的重要前提。供电局,受到其本身性质的影响,现在的管理与运行工作仍然会受到传统管理制度的束缚。供电局的管理工作质量不容乐观,作为管理工作的重要一部分,人力资源管理工作问题也逐渐暴露出来。本文以供电局人力资源管理存在的问题及解决为题,对供电局人力资源管理现状进行阐述,分析存在问题,提出具体的解决对策。
With the rapid socio-economic development in our country, many changes have taken place in the management systems of various enterprises. The modernization of enterprise management system is an important prerequisite for the rapid development of enterprises.
