“菜篮子”密切关系市民的日常生活,尤其是绿叶菜在主副食品供应中有着特殊的地位和作用,其价格变动对其他蔬菜品种价格变化有较大的关联影响。为了解当前流通费用占蔬菜零售价格的比重及构成情况,探寻降低蔬菜流通费用进而降低蔬菜价格的途径,我们于2012年5月至10月选择地产绿叶菜为对象,专门组织开展了流通费用情况调研,通过走访、召开座谈会、实际调查等方式,深入分析研究当前绿叶菜流通费用构成及特点,在此基础上,通过选择典型案例的方法分析蔬菜流通体系存在的问题,寻找降低鲜活农产品流通费用的途径,为建立高效的农产品流通体系提出建设性的政策建议,为进一步稳定蔬菜价格,保障民生提供参考。
