爱彼迎是共享经济下飞速发展的短租平台,把中国当成一个大市场,但它来到中国的两年来,并没有达到预期中的增长,面临着许多的经营困境。本文分析爱彼迎在中国的经营现状及面临的经营问题,并试图提出一些有针对性的经营策略。
As a fast-growing short-term rental platform under the sharing economy, Airbnb has made China a big market. However, since it came to China in the past two years, it has not achieved the expected growth and faces many operational difficulties. This article analyzes the status quo and business problems of Aibo in China and attempts to put forward some targeted business strategies.
