本研究用单电极和不同间距双极消融猪心室内膜。各种方法所用射频能量均分为8组。结果:双极消融的组织学损伤分布于两电极与组织的交界面以及两电极之间。各组能量下单极、5mm及10mm双极3种方法消融深度无统计学差异,而5mm及10mm双极消融面积均大于单极消融(P<0.05)。当能量≤500J时,5mm双极消融面积大于10mm双极消融面积(P<0.05),>500J时,二者消融面积无统计学差异。
In this study, single-electrode and different-pitch bipolar ablation of porcine endocardium. The radio frequency energy used in various methods is divided into 8 groups. Results: Bipolar ablation of histological damage distribution in the two electrodes and tissue interface and between the two electrodes. There was no significant difference in the depth of ablation between the 3 groups of unipolar, 5 mm and 10 mm bipolar radiographs under each group of energy, while the bipolar ablation area of 5 mm and 10 mm was larger than that of unipolar ablation (P <0.05). When the energy ≤ 500J, 5mm bipolar ablation area is greater than 10mm bipolar ablation area (P <0.05),> 500J, the two ablation area was not statistically different.
