为了测试流体在高温高压条件下的密度、体积随温度和压力的变化规律,研制出高温高压PVT测试仪。测试仪主要由加热系统、温度控制和显示系统、加压和压力指示系统以及测试系统等组成。介绍了测试仪的主要技术指标和用途,并给出了使用时的操作规程。使用这种测试仪对完井液在不同温度和压力下的密度做了一系列测试,结果表明,高温高压PVT测试仪设计结构紧凑,测试方便可靠,用途广泛,维修方便。这种仪器还可用于评价各种处理剂的热稳定性和缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能等。
In order to test the density and volume of the fluid under the conditions of high temperature and high pressure, the high temperature and high pressure PVT tester was developed.
