This application note describes the construction of a semiautomatic network analyzer with HP Corporation Interface Bus (HP-IB). Describe the block diagram of the instrument. • Compare digitization of 8410 B amplitude and phase readings. Discuss the source of error in microwave measurements. Introduce the principle of single-ended vector error correction. · Use flowcharts and notes to list sampling procedures for HP9825A benchtop computer calibration and measurement.
