摘要目的与MR标准序列和X线片比较,评价MR磁敏感加权成像(SWMR)检测临床疑诊肩峰下撞击综合征(SAIS)病人的下部喙肩骨刺的能力。方法纳入44例疑诊SAIS的病人。所有病人均行肩关节X线片、标准MRI和SWMR。以基于X线识别的下部喙肩骨刺作为金标准。23例病人于X线片检出23个骨刺,将21例未检出骨刺者作为对照组。计算下部喙肩骨刺的检出率,分析敏感度/特异度和阅片者间诊断的一致性。采用线性回归分析X线片和MRI测
Abstract Objective To evaluate the ability of MR magnetic resonance weighted imaging (SWMR) to detect the lower part of the spine and shoulder spine of patients with clinically suspected subacromial impingement syndrome (SAIS) compared with MR standard sequences and X-ray films. Methods Forty-four patients with suspected SAIS were enrolled. All patients underwent shoulder X-ray, standard MRI and SWMR. Based on the X-ray identification of the lower beak shoulder spine as the gold standard. Twenty-three spondylolls were detected in 23 cases on X-ray and 21 cases in which spondylosis was not detected as control group. The detection rate of the lower beak shoulder spur was calculated, and the sensitivity / specificity and diagnostic consistency between readers were analyzed.
