调动学生积极性、发挥学生主体性、提高学习效率是当前小学美术教学需要解决的三大问题。动态分组教学策略强调依据学生基础的不同、学习能力的差异来进行分组学习,采用不同的考评标准,并在日后的学习过程中根据实际情况的变化来具体调整小组划分方法。本文将动态分组教学策略应用于小学美术(苏教版)的教学过程中,取得了良好的教学效果,希望能够为教育界同仁提供有益借鉴。
To mobilize the enthusiasm of the students, give play to the students’ subjectivity and improve the learning efficiency are the three major problems to be solved in art teaching at primary schools. The dynamic grouping teaching strategy emphasizes grouping learning based on differences in students’ basic and learning abilities, adopting different evaluation criteria and further adjusting the grouping method according to the actual situation in the future learning process. This article applies the dynamic grouping teaching strategy to the teaching process of primary school art (Sujiao Version), and has achieved good teaching results, hoping to provide useful references for colleagues in the education field.
