用组化方法观察了不同程度缺血再灌注损伤时,大鼠肝脏线粒体ATP酶活性变化规律。结果发现,只在不可复损伤条件下出现此酶活性的片灶状下降。氯丙嗪对这种异常改变有明显保护作用。
The changes of mitochondrial ATPase activity in the liver of rats were observed by the histochemical method with different degrees of ischemia-reperfusion injury. The results showed that, only in the case of non-recoverable damage occurred in this enzyme activity of the lesion decreased. Chlorpromazine significantly protects against this abnormal change.
