如同没有文化的军队是愚蠢的军队,愚蠢的军队是不能打胜仗的道理一样,没有文化的企业,是愚蠢的企业,愚蠢的企业是不能长盛不衰的。企业文化是近几年使用频率颇高,非常时髦的一个词。然而,在国有企业中,真正领会企业文化的精髓,建立具有自己特色、适应市场竞争需要的企业文化的并不多。至于大多数从手工作坊发展起来的中国民营企业,在经历了早期的“胆子时代”,中期的“点子时代”,到今天的“脑子时代”,企业文化建设多数还是空白。同国际接轨,参与国际市场竞争,需要打造我们的企业文化。
