15MnMoVN钢是高压球型容器用钢,常规的热处理工艺为950~970℃水冷,650~670℃回火空冷。按此工艺热处理后冲击韧度经常不合格。针对这一情况我们进行了亚温淬火工艺试验。该钢经亚温淬火后冲击韧度提高,满足了设计要求。1试验条件及方法试验用钢的化学成分见表1。原热处理
