在往复活塞式气体压缩机的使用中,我们有时会遇到连杆小头铜套烧损的问题,这与连杆小头铜套的润滑被破坏有关。导致连杆小头衬套润滑不良的最主要原因可能是活塞杆负荷不能反向,使铜套与销之间的间隙不能持续一定的时间,润滑油无法充分地进入并发挥作用,使十字头、销及铜套在几分钟的运行时间里产生高温并烧损。通过对文96储气库注气压缩机组计算,可验证活塞杆的负荷反向问题,改善连杆铜套的润滑,保证注气压缩机的安全使用。
In the use of reciprocating piston gas compressors, we sometimes encounter the problem of burning of the small-end copper sleeve, which is related to the lubrication of the small-end copper sleeve of the connecting rod being damaged. The main reason for the poor lubrication of the connecting rod small head bushing may be that the load on the piston rod can not be reversed so that the gap between the copper sleeve and the pin can not last for a certain period of time and the lubricating oil can not fully enter and function so that the cross- , Pin and copper sleeve in a few minutes of running time produce high temperature and burn. Through calculating the gas injection compressor group of Wen-96 gas storage, the inverse problem of the load of the piston rod can be verified, the lubrication of the connecting rod copper sleeve can be improved, and the safe use of the gas-injection compressor can be ensured.
