在多年预备试验基础上,就柿饼加工过程中脱涩软化、干燥、防霉、出霜以及提高烘炉利用率等主要技术环节,分别进行了单项试验,提出了柿饼烘烤的最佳工艺流程。并对烘烤过程中可能出现的问题及解决办法作了具体的阐述。
On the basis of many years of preliminary experiments, the main technical aspects of softening, drying, mildew prevention, frost and improving the utilization rate of ovens during the processing of persimmon were individually tested and the best technological process of persimmon baking was put forward . And the baking process in the possible problems and solutions made a specific elaboration.
