在郑西铁路客运专线试验段基床底层水泥改良土的填筑过程中,发现水泥改良土随室内击实延迟时间的增长最大干密度降低,而最优含水率增加。通过深入研究发现,这与水泥改良土加固机理有关,因此水泥改良土压实系数的检测应考虑此现象。建议施工现场提高工作效率,尽可能在水泥初凝前碾压完;另一方面应根据现场碾压延迟时间,确定室内击实延迟时间,用相应的最大干密度对压实标准进行控制。
During the filling process of the cement-modified soil at the bottom of the bed in the test section of Zhengzhou-Xi’an Railway, it was found that the maximum dry density of cement-modified soil decreased with the increase of the indoor compaction delay time, and the optimum moisture content increased. Through in-depth study found that this is related to the cement-reinforced soil reinforcement mechanism, so cement compacted soil compaction test should take this phenomenon into account. It is suggested to improve work efficiency at the construction site and finish the rolling before the cement is set as far as possible. On the other hand, the delay time of the compaction in the field should be determined according to the rolling delay on site, and the compaction standard should be controlled with the corresponding maximum dry density.
