毫米波固态功放由于频段高,接口为波导,人工测试存在测试时间长,测试重复性差的问题,往往不能满足批量检测的需要。本系统以Visual C++为软件平台,通过GPIB接口总线实现工控机与测试仪器间的通讯、控制,设计专用的测试夹具,可一次实现8个固态功放的批量自动测试。该系统实现了通路校准数据管理、测试数据图形化、表格化,大大提高了工作效率。
Millimeter-wave solid state power amplifier due to the high frequency, the interface for the waveguide, manual testing there is a long test time, poor test repeatability, often can not meet the needs of batch testing. The system uses Visual C ++ as the software platform to realize the communication, control and design of special test fixture between IPC and test instruments via GPIB interface bus, which can realize batch automatic test of 8 solid-state power amplifiers at a time. The system has realized the path calibration data management, test data graphical, tabular, greatly improving work efficiency.
