本文针对天生桥二级水电站引水系统地下工程,在岩溶地段施工中遇到的问题及所采取的处理措施进行阐述。正在开挖中的3条9.5km的发电引水隧洞,因溶洞、涌水、岩爆等问题,给掘进机和钻爆法施工都造成很大困难,影响了施工进度。对此,工程上分别采用了清除和分梯段拦截溶洞淤泥、设置沉井、封闭洞周、分台阶开挖,以及钢支撑、喷锚支护、超前加固等处理措施。天生桥隧洞大部分洞段处于高地应力区,在施工中出现的岩爆,经喷锚处理后收到较好的效果。此外,还对在薄覆盖层中采用特殊处理使调压井上室开挖挂口成功的事例作了简要介绍。
In this paper, the Tianshengqiao Ⅱ hydropower station diversion system of underground engineering, construction problems encountered in the karst section and the treatment measures are described. The three 9.5km power generation diversion tunnels under excavation are very difficult due to the problems of cave, gushing water and rockburst, which will affect the construction progress. In this regard, the project were used to clear and sub-step to intercept karst silt, set caisson, closed hole week, sub-step excavation, and steel support, spray anchor support, advanced reinforcement and other treatment measures. Most of the Tianshengqiao tunnel is in the high stress area. Rockburst appearing during the construction has received good results after spraying and anchoring. In addition, a brief account of the successful use of surge chamber excavation openings in thin overburden with special handling was also provided.
