江泽民同志在党的十五大报告中明确指出:“非公有制经济是我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分。”这一重要论断,标志着我国改革开放近20年来,个体、私营等非公有制经济已经从国民经济的“有益补充”名正言顺地成为“社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分”。对我国所有制理论上的这一重大突破,每一位共产党员都应当结合学习贯彻十五大精神,认真学习,深刻领会。 一、确定非公有制经济是社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,是社会主义初级阶段的国情决定的,是生产力发展的必然要求。
