目的分析昆山市五小行业卫生现况及特点,探索科学合理的卫生管理方法。方法采用开展宣传动员、明确目标任务,创新工作思路等多项工作措施。结果城区卫生状态况大为改观,从业人员的卫生意识和法律意识普遍得到加强,居民投诉率明显下降。结论通过加强领导、方法科学、坚持长效、注重宣教,五小行业管理能够取得较好成效。
Objective To analyze the current situation and characteristics of hygiene in five small industries in Kunshan, and to explore a scientific and rational method of health management. Methods To carry out a number of measures such as propaganda and mobilization, clear objectives and tasks, innovative work ideas and so on. Results The health status of the urban area greatly improved, health awareness and legal awareness of employees generally strengthened, the rate of complaints of residents decreased significantly. Conclusion By strengthening leadership, scientific methods, persistence in long-term, mission-oriented education, five small-scale industry management can achieve better results.
