在催化裂化装置吸收稳定系统吸收效果单因素分析的基础上,通过采用正交设计与详细模拟计算相结合的新方法,进一步分析系统温度、系统压力、补充吸收剂量、补充吸收剂中∑C_4w%含量、吸收塔理论板数和解吸塔理论板数等诸多因素对该系统吸收效果和能耗影响程度的主次关系。上述分析结果对该系统的生产运行有重要的指导意义。按上述规律进行技术改造,可带来巨大的经济效益。
