广香(LentinusedodesofGuangdong)47和桃红平菇(Pleurotusrhodophyllus)为出发菌株,以它们的突变株为直接亲本.用溶壁酶Lywellzyme分离原生质体,用PEG作融合剂进行原生质体融合,获得若干株融合体,其中有些融合体已形成了子实体.融合体形成子实体的培养时间长(5—9个月)出菇温度广(13—30℃),形成的子实体有的象香菇,有的类似平菇;子实体产生的担孢子少,约为出发菌株的1/10,JSM—255电镜扫描结果显示,有些担子上只着生一个未裂或部分开裂的,形似大球的担孢子;酯酶同工酶谱显示,融合作具有与亲株相似的酶带,同时产生了新酶带
Lentinusedodes ofGuangdong47 and Pleurotus rhodophyllus were the starting strains, and their mutant strains were the direct parents.
