目的 探讨糖尿病胃动力学变化及其相关因素。方法 采用半流质核素胃排空试验对 12 9例 2型糖尿病患者的胃动力学进行研究 ,包括病程、血糖水平、Hb Alc、血浆胰岛素、胃动素、胃泌素、胰升糖素、镁离子浓度及 BMI等。结果 12 9例 2型糖尿病患者中 ,胃排空延迟者占 6 2 .0 2 %。而胃动力异常与病程、FPG、2 h PPG、胰岛素、胃动素、Hb Alc及体重指数均有密切关系。结论 糖尿病胃动力异常是诸多因素共同作用的结果 ,早期进行胃排空试验 ,可对本症早期诊断。
Objective To investigate the changes of gastric motility and its related factors. Methods Gastrodynamics of 29 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was studied by semi-fluid nuclide gastric emptying test, including course of disease, blood glucose level, Hb Alc, plasma insulin, motilin, gastrin, glucagon, Magnesium ion concentration and BMI. Results Among 12 9 type 2 diabetic patients, the delayed gastric emptying accounted for 62.02%. The abnormal gastric motility and duration, FPG, 2 h PPG, insulin, motilin, Hb Alc and body mass index are closely related. Conclusion The abnormal gastric motility of diabetic patients is the result of many factors. Early gastric emptying test can diagnose the disease early.
