以分数作为考评学生重要依据的今天,教师教学业绩考核也是以学生成绩作为标准,教学重心自然以应试为准,但这样急功近利的教学法牺牲了学生的终身利益。举一例以证,四川某高考状元毕业之后,工作不理想,人际交往困难,便自甘沉沦,流连网吧,流浪为生,叫人叹惋。不少以成绩选拔出来的精英学子,步入社会后,其为人处世令人瞠目结舌,错愕不已。这些不能不令身为一线教师的我反思。
