对1560例老年人癫痫(EP)进行了脑电图(EEG)、脑电地形图(BEAM)及病因的分析。原发性EP(540例.34.6%)EEG以轻、中度弥漫性异常为多见,BEAM为弥漫性慢波功率级别增高,α波功率级别减低,继发性EP(1020例,65.4%)EEG以局灶性慢波增多或弥漫性慢波节律为主。BEAM以局灶性慢波功率级别增高、两半球相对应区明显不对称。及α功率级别分布异常为突出表现。903例加作了蝶骨电极检查。脑波绝大多数与常规电极相同,仅在极少数人中见有痫性放电,慢波增多为老年人EP的主要表现。痫性放电极少见。
EEG, EEG and etiology were analyzed in 1560 elderly patients with epilepsy (EP). EEG of primary EP (540 cases, 34.6%) was more common in mild and moderate diffuse abnormalities. BEAM was diffuse slow wave power level increased, alpha wave power level was reduced, secondary EP (1020 cases, 65.4% ) EEG focal focal slow wave increase or diffuse slow wave rhythm based.
