为揭示隧道掘进过程中对上覆岩体边坡的影响,建立模型模拟隧道掘进过程中隧道上覆坡体的变形移动规律。在此基础上提出管棚预注浆T字梁支护结构,控制易塌陷坡体移动变形,对该结构存在与不存在两种情况下,对隧道上覆坡体稳定性进行模拟,分析观察隧道上覆岩体边坡中产生失稳滑塌机制,论证该加固措施是否有效。结果表明,管棚预注浆T字梁支护结构能有效控制易塌陷坡体滑移及应力变化对隧道挤压破坏的影响,有效地缓解了掘进隧道过程中坡体的不稳定性。
In order to reveal the influence of overlying rock mass slope during tunneling, a model was established to simulate the deformation and movement of the overlying slope during tunneling. On the basis of this, the T-beam supporting structure with pre-grouting in pipe shed is put forward to control the displacement deformation of the collapsible slope body. The stability of the overlying slope in the tunnel is simulated and analyzed under the presence and absence of the structure The mechanism of instability and slip in the overlying rock slope of the tunnel is demonstrated to demonstrate whether the reinforcement measures are effective. The results show that the pre-grouting T-beam supporting structure can effectively control the influence of the slip and stress of the collapsible slope on the tunnel extrusion failure and effectively alleviate the instability of the slope during tunneling.
