本研究在室内鲤鱼饲喂试验基础上,应用微生物饲料添加剂“益多菌Ⅰ”(试验4组)、“益多菌Ⅱ”(试验5组)对鲤鱼进行生产试验,同时设商品鱼饲料(试验1组)、4mg/kg黄霉素(试验2组)、“益畜宝”(试验3组)为对照,在水库网箱饲喂35d。结果表明:试验4组与试验5组比商品鱼饲料分别提高增重9.4%、7.2%,降低饵料系数5.6%、4.1%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。试验4组比试验2组、试验3组分别提高增重16.8%、15.4%,降低饵料系数8.5%、7.5%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。试验5组则比试验2组、试验3组分别提高增重14.5%、13.1%,降低饵料系数7.0%、6.0%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。试验结果说明,微生物饲料添加剂比活性酵母、4mg/kg黄霉素及“益畜宝”提高鲤鱼增重、降低饵料系数效果更好。
In this study, carp feeding experiments based on indoor use of microbial feed additives, “more beneficial bacteria Ⅰ” (test 4 groups), “more bacteria Ⅱ” (test 5 groups) carp production test, set the commercial fish feed Test group 1), 4mg / kg flavomycin (test group 2) and “Yizhuobao” (test group 3) as controls, and fed 35 days in the cage of the reservoir. Compared with experimental group 2 and experimental group 3, experimental group 4 increased weight gain by 16.8% and 15.4% respectively, and reduced feed conversion coefficient by 8.5% and 7.5% respectively. The difference was significant (P <0.01). The experiment 5 group was more than the experimental group 2, the experimental group 3 increased the weight gain 14.5%, 13.1%, reduced the feed coefficient 7.0%, 6.0%, the difference was extremely significant (P <0.01). The results showed that the microbial feed additives than the active yeast, 4mg / kg flavomycin and “Yizhubao” to increase carp weight gain, reduce the feed effect better.
