目的 了解α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)在肾脏胚胎发育过程中的表达规律及α-SMA变化与肾脏成熟的关系。方法 用免疫组化链霉菌素亲生物素-过氧化物酶连接法(SP)测定不同胎龄的胚胎肾α-SMA的表达。结果 α-SMA在整个肾脏的发育过程中经历了早期阶段的无表达,较为成熟的肾小球系膜区呈强阳性,成熟肾小球呈阴性表达。结论 α-SMA在肾脏的表达具有一定的时空顺序,遵循一个离心方式,肾小球内α-SMA的表达是短暂的发育现象,与肾小球的发育成熟相关
Objective To investigate the expression of α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) during renal embryonic development and the relationship between α-SMA and renal maturation. Methods Immunohistochemical streptavidin biotin-peroxidase (SP) method was used to determine the expression of α-SMA in embryonic kidney of different gestational age. Results α-SMA in the whole process of kidney development experienced no expression in the early stages of the more mature mesangial area was strongly positive, mature glomeruli were negative. Conclusion The expression of α-SMA in the kidney has some spatiotemporal order. Following a centrifugal mode, the expression of α-SMA in the glomerulus is a transient phenomenon, which is related to the development of glomeruli
