For three centuries, a handful of humble settlers, relying on Puritan religious sentiment, have made the United States the most powerful economic and political entity in the world. The management culture of the United States has thus become the universal commercial guideline. Kenneth Hobo and William Hopper Brothers intend to do history to explore the nature of the management culture. In the lengthy writing process of this “Puritan Gift,” the brothers have been encouraged and looked forward to by Drucker, Deming and other management gurus. No matter which country or level of leaders are reminded through this book - what is needed to build a strong economic organization, and how easy it is to lose these things.
