为切实加强地质资料汇交管理,《通知》提出八项要求:进一步加强对地质资料汇交工作的监督管理;切实落实地质资料汇交人的责任;全面掌握地质工作项目信息,建立地质资料汇交监管平台;进一步明确地质资料汇交要求;规范地质资料的汇交和转送程序;切实抓好地质资料补交工作;严格执法,加大对地质资料违法行为的处罚力度;加强领导,创新机制,提供保障。《通知》同时附有《地质资料馆藏机构分级意见》,以指导各级地质资料馆藏机构的建设。
