“微型党课”是在较短时间内,从一个角度、一个侧面运用理论与实践,来阐述宣讲大的道理,给人启发、启迪,并产生共鸣的一种党课教育新模式。“微型党课”往往具有这样的特点:短,每堂课一般不超过20分钟,既给授课者一定的发挥空间,又不会引起学员听觉疲劳,力求短平快,有效避免了台上口干舌燥、台下昏昏欲睡的尴尬局面。
