兴山煤矿地质构造复杂多变,块段圈定后多为不规则形状,难以投用大型综采设备,上规模生产。不规则形状的综采工作面开采,常进行延面及缩面开采,往往由于生产压力紧张,综采工作面续架或减架,影响工作面的连续化生产,影响产量规模,为解决这一难题,兴山矿经过长期的探索与改革,采用BDY型并联滑移支架对综采工作面延面部分进行支护,成功地完成了工作面的延面对接,不仅做到了综采工作面延面的快速安装及缩面的快速回撤,还多回收了煤炭资源,做到了延、缩面不减产,保证了综采工作面的连续化生产。
