国内外的生产实践表明,在混凝土及水泥制品中应用减水剂,投资少,见效快,经济效益显著。它可节省水泥和能源,提高产品的质量和产量,改善工艺和劳动条件,在现有的生产条件下就可推广应用,比较适合我国国情。工业发达的一些国家大量应用减水剂。混凝土科学技术近期发展的主要方向——节能、耐久、高强、轻质、快硬、高流动——都与减水剂(尤其是高效减水剂)的应用有密切关系。
Domestic and foreign production practices have shown that the use of water-reducing agents in concrete and cement products has resulted in low investment, quick results, and significant economic benefits. It can save cement and energy, improve the quality and output of products, improve the process and working conditions, and can be applied under the existing production conditions, which is more suitable for China’s national conditions. Water-reducing agents are widely used in some industrially advanced countries. The main directions of the recent development of concrete science and technology - energy saving, durability, high strength, light weight, fast hardness, high flow - are closely related to the application of water reducing agents (especially high-efficiency water reducing agents).
