奶业生产中,原料奶市场稳定供给和良性竞争与合理原料奶价是奶牛养殖和乳品加工稳定、健康和可持续发展的基础。2001年新西兰政府制定的《乳品行业重组法》和《乳品行业重组(原料奶)管理》对其奶业健康发展起到了至关重要的保障作用。本文简要介绍了新西兰奶业生产概况,重点分析了《乳品行业重组法》及其2012年修正案和《乳品行业重组(原料奶)管理》中关于原料奶市场管理和定价机制的重要原则,以期为我国奶业生产中原料奶市场管理和定价提供有益借鉴。
In the dairy industry, stable supply of raw milk, healthy competition and reasonable raw milk prices are the basis for the stable, healthy and sustainable dairy cow farming and dairy processing. In 2001, the New Zealand Government’s “Law on Restructuring the Dairy Industry” and “Management of Dairy Industry Restructuring (Raw Milk)” have played a crucial role in safeguarding the healthy development of dairy industry. This article gives an overview of the dairy industry in New Zealand, with an emphasis on the important principles of the Dairy Sector Restructuring Act and its 2012 Amendment and the Dairy Industry Restructuring (Raw Milk) Management on the Raw Milk Market Management and Pricing Mechanism Provide a useful reference for the management and pricing of raw milk in China’s dairy industry.
