民主集中制是我们党的根本组织制度和领导制度,是民主基础上的集中和集中指导下的民主相结合的制度。党的十八大以来,党中央着重强调要推动党的组织制度改革,重点是要坚持和完善民主集中制,加强党内民主制度体系建设。但是由于在认识、制度、监督等方面的原因,使民主集中制在贯彻执行中存在不少问题,因此,我们要不断创新工作,探索路径,坚持和贯彻民主集中制,推进党内民主的发展。
Democratic centralism is the fundamental organizational system and leadership system of our party. It is a system that integrates democracy on a democratic basis with democracy under centralized guidance. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the CPC Central Committee has emphasized the need to promote the reform of the party’s organizational system. The key point is to uphold and improve the system of democratic centralism and strengthen the system of inner-party democratic institutions. However, due to the problems of cognition, system and supervision, many problems exist in the implementation of the system of democratic centralism. Therefore, we must continue to innovate our work and explore ways to adhere to and implement the principle of democratic centralism and promote the development of inner-party democracy .
