采用GC-MS分析细叶桉不同无性系叶片(Et09,Et12和Et16)的挥发性成分。结果表明,无性系Et09、Et12和Et16中分别检测出34、35和41种化合物,其中相对含量达到1%以上的成分分别有12、12和13种,占其挥发性成分总量的98.18%、90.50%和91.19%。虽然细叶桉3种无性系叶片挥发性成分中分离出的成分类似,但其主要成分是有差异的。无性系Et09中的主要成分是桉叶素(31.77%)、α-蒎烯(18.62%)和D-苧烯(15.67%),Et12中的主要成分是γ-松油烯(16.60%)、α-蒎烯(15.11%)和β-蒎烯(14.19%),而Et16中的主要成分则为α-蒎烯(17.59%)、反式-β-罗勒烯(16.10%)和γ-松油烯(15.86%)。细叶桉不同无性系之间挥发性成分的差异,为细叶桉引种、杂交育种以及药用价值的深入研究等提供了一定的参考价值。
The volatile components of leaves of different clones (Et09, Et12 and Et16) were analyzed by GC-MS. The results showed that 34, 35 and 41 compounds were detected in the isolates Et09, Et12 and Et16, respectively, of which 12, 12 and 13, respectively, accounted for 98.18% of the total volatile components, , 90.50% and 91.19% respectively. Although the constituents isolated from the volatile components of three clones of Eucalyptus urophylla were similar, their main components were different. The major components in the clone Et09 were eucalyptol (31.77%), α-pinene (18.62%) and D-limonene (15.67%), and the main component in Et12 was γ- terpinene (16.60% α-pinene (15.11%) and β-pinene (14.19%), while the main components of Et16 were α-pinene (17.59%), trans-β- Olefin (15.86%). Eucalyptus different clonal volatile components between the differences for the introduction of Eucalyptus, hybrid breeding and medicinal value in-depth study provides a certain reference value.
