本文利用中东欧七个国家1995-2006年的面板数据,研究了这些国家经济发展中FDI、就业规模和就业结构的关系。研究发现,FDI有利于促进就业结构升级,并不能扩大就业规模,但是FDI对各经济部门劳动生产率的提高都有显著的促进作用。就业结构中出现高技能劳动力需求增长,低技能劳动力需求大幅下降的现象。同时在经济增长中,以工作时数衡量的劳动量的贡献率为负,而劳动力结构转变的贡献率为正。
In this paper, the panel data of seven Central and Eastern European countries from 1995 to 2006 are used to study the relationship between FDI, employment scale and employment structure in economic development in these countries. The study found that FDI is conducive to promoting the upgrading of employment structure, and can not expand the employment scale, but FDI has a significant role in promoting labor productivity in all economic sectors. The employment structure shows an increase in the demand for highly skilled labor and a sharp drop in the demand for low-skilled labor. At the same time, in the economic growth, the contribution rate of the labor force measured by working hours is negative while the contribution rate of the labor force structure transformation is positive.
