近几年来,在各大高职院校,创新创业教育蓬勃开展,作为一种素质教育,其与职业教育目标相符合。电子商务快速发展的同时,创新创业技能人才短缺的现象凸显。在高职院校开展创新创业教育能够使电子商务专业的学生具备更加全面的技能,对于电子商务专业能够有更深的理解,对于缓解社会就业压力有很大的帮助作用。通过对当前高职院校创新创业人才的现状以及存在的问题进行了简要的分析,同时提出了相应的建立培养体系的策略,旨在提高当前人才培养质量,提高人才的综合素质。
In recent years, in major vocational colleges, innovation and entrepreneurship education flourished, as a quality education, which is consistent with the objectives of vocational education. The rapid development of e-commerce at the same time, highlighting the phenomenon of shortage of talents in innovation and entrepreneurship skills. Carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges can make e-commerce major students possess more comprehensive skills, and can have a deeper understanding of e-commerce major and greatly help alleviate the pressure of social employment. Through a brief analysis of the status quo and existing problems of the current innovations and entrepreneurship talents in higher vocational colleges, the corresponding tactics of establishing a training system are put forward at the same time in order to improve the quality of current personnel training and enhance the overall quality of talents.
