本文对一柔道运动员风湿性心脏病、单纯性二尖瓣狭窄的典型病例进行了报道,并采用运动超声心动图技术对患者、健康运动员组(10人)和常人对照组(10人)的心力储备和负荷中心脏容量的变化进行了对比研究。结果表明,心力储备水平以患者为最低,健康运动员组最高,常人对照组居中。文章指出,二尖瓣狭窄引起负荷中左室舒末充盈容量的急剧减少,是导致患者心力储备下降的主要病理机制。
This article reports on a typical case of judo athletes with rheumatic heart disease and simple mitral stenosis, and analyzes the effects of exercise echocardiography on heart function of patients, healthy athletes (10) and control subjects (10) The changes of reserve capacity and heart volume in load were compared. The results showed that the level of heart-power reserve was the lowest among the patients, the highest among the healthy athletes, and the middle one was the control group. The article pointed out that mitral stenosis caused by load in the left ventricular end-diastolic filling capacity decreased sharply, is leading to the decline in patients with cardiac reserve the main pathological mechanism.
