骆少君,女,1942年生,研究员,高级评茶师,享受国务院特殊津贴的专家。国家茶叶质检中心主任,劳动和社会保障部特有工种(茶叶)职业技能鉴定站站长,《中国茶叶加工》杂志主编,第九届、十届全国政协委员。骆少君1965年毕业于浙江农业大学茶学系,1981年~1983年留学日本静冈大学农学部,长期以来一直从事茶叶加工及品质化学的研究,具有深厚的专业理论知识和丰富的实践经验,是我国著名的茶叶品质化学研究专家。 最近,骆少君研究员接受了本刊的访问,畅谈了中国茶文化的历史渊源和发展史,特别对饮茶与健康的关系作了详尽的阐述。
