14MnMoVN60kg 级调质钢的综合性能及可焊性等均能达到单机大容量机组涡壳用铜的设计要求。该钢整板一次热处理合格达80%,经二次处理合格率为100%。板材实际性能符合技术条件要求,综合性能合格率达90%。推荐采用910~940℃×2min/mm 水淬和680~710℃×6min/mm 回火空冷的热处理制度。采用此制度可取得沉淀析出和晶粒细化的强化效果。
The comprehensive performance and weldability of 14MnMoVN60kg grade quenched and tempered steel can meet the design requirements of copper for the single-machine high-capacity unit turbine. The steel plate once qualified heat treatment up to 80%, the secondary treatment pass rate of 100%. The actual performance of the board meets the technical requirements, the overall performance pass rate of 90%. Recommend the use of 910 ~ 940 ℃ × 2min / mm water quenching and 680 ~ 710 ℃ × 6min / mm tempering air-cooled heat treatment system. Adoption of this system can be obtained precipitation precipitation and grain refinement of the strengthening effect.
