在设计盒形件拉深模过程中,确定该盒形件能否一次拉深成形及毛坯形状尺寸,是保证模具设计质量,提高经济效益的重要环节。笔者经过多年的实践与理论上的探索,总结如下简明方法。经生产验证,基本上能够达到较为满意的效果。一、盒形件一次拉深成形的确定以盒形件能一次拉深的极限比值H/r来确定,见下表。当r/B<0.05时,H/r仍按r/B=0.05栏内数值取;当r/B>0.4~0.5时,按圆筒形件拉深计算,其拉深系数m则按圆筒形件拉深系数表值取。各符号见图1。
