随着当前社会不断发展及人们知识水平的不断提高,社会上各个方面对知识产权也越来越重视,国家也在对知识产权保护相关法律法规不断进行完善,知识产权方面的刑事法律保护也不断得以加强。为使知识产权得到更好保护,政府及相关工作人员应当加强对知识产权的刑事法律保护,从而为知识产权保护提供更好法律支持。本文就我国知识产权的刑事法律保护问题进行了分析。
