目的研究巯基修饰剂了胱亚磺酰亚胺(BSO)对脑胶质细胞瘤GSH含量的修饰作用。方法利用Tietze还原酶法观察BSO对体外培养的脑胶质细胞瘤细胞株及裸小鼠移植瘤模型脑胶质细胞瘤细胞GSH的作用。结果经BSO作用后脑胶质细胞瘤细胞株GSH含量最低为对照4.50%;实体瘤最低为6.74%。结论无论是离体还是整体用药,BSO均能降低脑胶质细胞瘤细胞的GSH含量。
Objective To study the effect of thiosulfinyl molybdenum (BSO) on GSH content in gliomas. Methods The effect of BSO on GSH in vitro and in Glioma cell line of nude mice was observed by Tietze reductase method. Results The content of GSH in Glioma cell line was the lowest in the control 4.50% after BSO treatment and the lowest was 6.74% in the solid tumor. Conclusion BSO can reduce the GSH content of glioma cells both in vitro and in vivo.
